PRODUCTION
1.CASTING DESIGN and SIMULATION
The casting (Riser and Gate) design is made by the production team by using Solidworks software for the taken orders at first .At this point ,if necessary, the casting simulation work is done by casting simulation software (KOSGEB and FOSECO).


2.PATTERN and MOULDING According ot the approved casting desing and productıon methods,the material and characteristics of the pattern are decided and being produced by several patternshops as a subcontractor.
1 X 10 Tons/Hour capacity Furan Resin OMEGA Continious sand mixer is used whether on the continious moulding line (Flaks Size :600X700) for the high quantity smaller parts or on the flor moulding for the low quantity bigger parts.
After shaking out of the moulds, sands are crushed, screened, cooled and cleaned from the dusts by the OMEGA Sand Reclamation unit.
The various Shell-sand Cores and Croning system moulds are producing by using 25 Kgs. capacity Automatic Shell-Sand Core Machine.



3.MELTING and CASTING
The ladles are preheated before casting to required temperature by the specially designed ladle-preheater.
2X500 Kgs. and 1X1000 Kgs. capacity INDUCTOTHERM Power Track high frequency Induction furnaces are used for melting.



4.MOULD COATING
The moulds are painted by FOSECO Flow coating Unit, spraying or brushing according to the characteristics of the mould.

5.HEAT TREATMENT 1X5 Tons capacity (1500 mm.X1500 mm.X2000 mm) programmable,heat and graphic controlled EM-TAV Heat Treatment furrnace and quenching pool is used for the heat treatment of all kind of meterials.


6.SHOT-BLASTING 1Ton capacity ENDUMAK Monorail Magnetic Separator Shot Blasting Machine are used for the cleaning and finishing purposes.
7. QUALITY CONTROL SPECTROLAB Digital Sourced, Multi-optical System Spectrometer for the chemical composition analysis; Hareaus-Electro Nite Digilance IV Thermocouple for the metal temperature control are used.
All dimensional controls for both the patterns, prototypes and ready-to-ship parts are performed in-house.
The hardness tests are performed by using both Equotip2 portable , ERNST portable and Bulut Machinery BMS201-R stationary hardness tester equipments.
The mechanical tests (Tensile, Bending and Charpy Impact ) are performed by using ALŞA equipments in our loboratory.
The microstructure inspections are performed by using Bulut-Grinding&Poolishing equipment and AOB/Optimis Invert type Trinocular Metal Microscope and Digital Camera.
All our laboratory equipments have the calibration certificates as well. MT,PT and UT tests are performed in-house, RT teststs are performed by subcontractors.
